Seaweed Strange

While photographing the famous luminous seaweed at Ardelve on the shores of Loch Duich in the Highlands of Scotland I noticed several hundred tourists on the opposite shore looking at something. I mentioned to my mate Andy, who was with me, that they were on the wrong side of the loch to view the wonderful seaweed and I asked him if we should drive across and tell them that they were in the wrong place. Andy gave me a strange look (he was photographing lobster pots at the time), then asked me if we really wanted several hundred tourists spoiling our view of the seaweed: better to leave them where they were. Guess they'll never know what a fantastic sight they missed. People are strange.
